Description

International Conservation Ecuador has been working for 20 years for the conservation of natural ecosystems and services to ensure the human well-being of current and future generations. Their marine programmes include protection of the ocean while innovating new ways to sustain marine fisheries. Together with the Ministry of the Environment and Water in Ecuador, this involves promoting the effective management of marine and coastal protected areas, the conservation of mangroves and the management of coastal fisheries.
